Singalong Sally (5/4F), trained by Pat Buckley in Ireland for Gilbert Anderson, opens her account in the Derby with a brave and gusty display to hold the persistent Ballymac Fairone in 29.33sec (normal).

Round 2 - Heat 10

Romeo On Tilt (6/1) surprises better fancied rivals by making all for trainer Patrick Janssens and owner Dave Firmager in 29.22sec.

Round 2 - Heat 11

Makeit For Waz (14/1), who only entered the competition as a reserve when Into The Void was withdrawn, is the second bitch winner of the evening as she makes all for trainer Frank Gray and the Makeit Syndicate in 29.64sec.

Round 2 - Heat 12

Mickys Barrett (5/1), who has the biggest fan club in the Derby in the shape of his 64-strong owners The Micky Barrett Syndicate, gets the better of a protracted tussle with long-time leader Cape Cloud to win by a head in 29.79sec for trainer Jason Gray.

Round 2 - Heat 13

Jaytee Wexford (11/1) holds off kennelmate Barefoot Supremo in a one-two for Irish trainer Paul Hennessy. The John Turner-owned winner clocks a best-of-night 4.09sec sectional en route to an overall 29.18sec.

Round 2 - Heat 14

Coppice Fox, trained by Kevin Hutton for Tony Brealey, denies Hennessy a rapid double by rallying to pick up his Priceless Jet close home for a half length win in 29.30sec.

Round 2 - Heat 15

Owner Dave Firmager does double up courtesy of the Graham Holland Irish-based Romeo Magico driving into the lead at the first bend and going on to beat opening round record breaker Lautaro in 29.29sec.

Round 2 - Heat 16

Kildare confirms himself as a major contender by clocking the fastest time of the night, 29.11sec, with a dominant victory over strong-running reigning champion Thorn Falcon. The winner is trained by Peter Cronin in Ireland for Aidan Comerford.
