All change in darts as Modus Super Series is born

From tonight the Online Darts Live League will now be officially called the Modus Super Series.
Coming from a new studio and in front of a live audience the format for Saturday night has changed.
The 3rd/4th Place Playoff match has now been removed from the schedule and gaps between matches have been tightened to generate faster turnaround games and the crowning of the weekly champion, who claims a £5,000 first prize, is likely to take place just after 1am.
The Friday night Super Series action in Group B saw James Hurrell, who won all four of his matches on Thursday, top the group with 12 points with Paul Hogan and Stephen Burton also qualifying for the Week 6 final.
Ciaran Teehan duly landed Group C on Friday morning but ultimately had to rely on legs difference to shade Diogo Portela who also made it through.
Martin Adams was the first into finals night after hitting top form in the third and final session of Group A on Wednesday, winning all five of his games to comfortably top the table six points ahead of James Hurrell.
Chris Murphy will be the man on hand to guide viewers through the evening's action from the oche and betting on a wide range of markets and outcomes is available now.
To win Week 6: 12/5 Martin Adams, 10/3 Stephen Burton, 15/4 James Hurrell, 9/2 Ciaran Teehan, 13/2 Paul Hogan, 9 Diogo Portela.
